Our company
The Slovak-German company DCA Hungary Kft. was founded in 2014. Its activities focused primarily on engineering work in the automotive industry. The partners, Enitech s.r.o. and the German company Taqueri AG - which became Scalian Germany AG in 2026 - established the company in response to the significant interest shown by foreign customers in this field.
Since 2015, we have been performing engineering work for one of Germany's largest automotive companies—BMW AG.
We have gradually established a solid position within BMW AG, which has allowed us to build a direct relationship with the group that includes full access.
Products
Thanks to the professional experience we have gained over many years of work within the company, we oversee the entire design process—from the customer's initial ideas to the finished product—while taking into account cost-effectiveness, quality, and ergonomics.
Our main area of business is the production of single-purpose production aids according to the customer's specified criteria.
Production support equipment comprises several subcategories. These include clamping and positioning devices, forming tools, assembly and welding stations, conveyors, measuring devices, special-purpose machines, etc.
These products are used in various industrial sectors: automotive, aerospace, and energy.
We use CATIA V5 software to design within the customer's specified environment. In addition to design work, we also prepare the budget required for production and request quotes for materials. After analyzing this information, we select the most cost-effective solutions. We compile a bill of materials and production documentation. We oversee the designed equipment, monitoring it from the design phase through the production documentation to the manufacturing process and full implementation. In this way, we ensure the flawless execution of the entire process, from design to the manufacture of the final product.

Design of New Components - We create innovative solutions tailored precisely to the client's specifications, with an emphasis on functionality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Each design is carefully analyzed and optimized.
Modification of 2D drawing documentation - we modify complete, detailed technical documentation in accordance with BMW standards, ensuring seamless archiving into the BMW system
Modification of 3D Models (DMU) - We adapt and technically enhance existing 3D models (not functional modifications) to ensure compliance with BMW standards
Project Management and Technical Consulting — these services include project requirements management, technical consulting, management to ensure professional communication among stakeholders, and related consultations aimed at ensuring the quality of data intended for archiving in BMW AG systems.

Geometric Design and Integration - Development and optimization of balanced vehicle concepts and architectures for product lines within the field of geometric design and integration.
At our design office, in addition to precision, strict adherence to deadlines is expected when carrying out our work. Not only do our clients expect this from us, but it is also a fundamental requirement we set for ourselves. We ensure this through professionally qualified and experienced engineers with many years of experience in design.
